ALDONYS. (Associated Licensed Detectives Of New York State) founded in 1950, is a not for profit association principally of New York State licensed private investigators and guard agency licensees.  Membership is limited to individuals, partnerships, and corporations who are licensed holders of private investigator and/or watch, guard and patrol agency licenses issued by NY State.  Associate membership is also open to licensees in other states and countries and affiliate membership is available for full time employees of licensees (see application for classification and details on memberships).  ALDONYS is the largest New York State organization that solely represents the interests of its members within New York State.  Membership is at the discretion of the ALDONYS Board of Directors.
